My name is Josh Sanders. I am the executive coordinator and founder of Firebrand Ministries located in Lynnville, IN. Firebrand Ministries is a 6 – 24-month transitional recovery/rehabilitation program for men. We provide a supportive living environment to those who seek to live free from addiction and dysfunctional lifestyles. The residents have a structured schedule of life skill classes, bible studies, church services, and community service projects. We are a faith-based program that focuses on biblical principles to establish a new way of life. Our program is designed to restore broken men and their families. We provide housing, food, and transportation to our residents. Most of our residents arrive at our facility with nothing but clothes on their back. We assist our residents with the tools they need to obtain gainful employment. Upon successful completion of our program, it is our goal that our residents will return to their families and communities as productive members of society. Each resident is encouraged to get rooted and grounded in a local church. Our prayer is that each resident would become a firebrand for Jesus. The definition for Firebrand is, “a person who is passionate about a particular cause, typically inciting change and taking radical action.” We have seen radical transformations in the lives of the men who have complete our program. In the last nineteen months we have had sixty people baptized in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. These confessions of faith have been men, women, and children from thirteen years old to eighty one years old! Our hearts yearn to release radical firebrand disciples of Jesus Christ to ignite the flames of revival across our nation and our world. We would like you to prayerfully consider partnering with us in our passion for reaching hurting people. One plants, one sows, but God gives the increase. The mission of Firebrand Ministries is and will be accomplished with much prayer and teamwork. We don't receive any grants or government assistance. We want to give people like you an opportunity to sow into the ministry. We started in faith and we continue to live by faith. Right now we are trying to raise money to purchase a vehicle that would be used to transport our residents to work, court, grocery shopping, and doctor appointments. Every penny you give will be used to farther the ministry of making disciples of Jesus Christ. Give and it shall be given to you!
