My name is Russ Schneider, I'm trying to help raise money to help with burial fees after the unexpected loss of my father Steven.

When friends arrived to Steven's home they found that within less then 24 hours of his death many items were burglarized including financial documents, his wallet and his beloved guitar. This has caused mental and financial hardships for the family as there is no estate. All they want is enough funds to be able to lay him to rest. Any help you can give to ease this process for my family is very much appreciated. Thank you all for your kind support during this time.

Steven was the 714 Captain of the Lutherville-Holmen RFD#7

Fire Department. He served at that Fire Department selflessly for 20+ yrs. Steven always remained dedicated and true to the thin red line.

He leaves behind 3 children who he loved dearly along with his beloved cat. Steven loved the music Band Heart and also watching Star Trek in his free time. Steven was kind, patient and loyal. He will be missed dearly.

Steven passed away on the morning of August 18,2025.
