Hello Everyone!

I have been a Certified Life Coach for several years and am currently expanding my services to reach more individuals who may need our agency.

The GOAL is to be completely Non-Profit based and funded by federal grants. HOWEVER, I am consumed with graduate school right now and a full-time job. I am taking clients and inquiries for FREE (Until we establish Non-Profit status or receive a Business License... I need some prayer warriors on that one because this gal can't do it without Jesus and some strong warriors behind her.

The DREAM: To provide a safe space for Teens/College Students/Adults to GROW, SUCCEED, and GLIMMER. (A "Glimmer" is the opposite of a trigger, a happy moment to focus on during the day).

The WORD Excelsior is Latin for "Higher". If you have ever watched the movie or read the book "Silver Lingings Playbook" you also know it means "Second Chances".

This Agency is founded by ME! Coach Lauren-Eli, I am a native of Russellville, Alabama, current resident of The Shoals. I am an advocate for self, mental health awareness, animals, truth, justice, human rights, equality, and many more!

I received my Batchelor's of the Arts Degree in Psychology/Sociology from the University of North Alabama in 2013. During undergrad I was a member of on-campus groups such as Campus Outreach, and Alpha Delta Chi Christian Sorority. Recently I have been accepted into the 2024 graduate program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Alabama and received a scholarship for graduate school. My current focus is to graduate with my master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and eventually work part time with Local Non-Profits, etc.

Currently I am recruiting 3-4 People who are interested in working in an agency that I have described and are passionate about the local community.
