Dear friends and family,

On May 16, Erica suffered a tragic accident. That night, while driving, her rear wheels got stuck on the train tracks. Sadly, Erica was unable to get out in time when the train struck her vehicle.  We don’t know exactly how everything happened—what we do know is that we need a lot of FAITH.

Erica has undergone three critical surgeries to address brain swelling and facial injuries, but her journey to recovery is just beginning. Doctors anticipate she will need extensive long-term care due to brain damage sustained in the accident.

Erica is the heart of her family. As the eldest of four sisters, she has always been their rock—strong, selfless, and endlessly loving. Her two children rely on her warmth and dedication as a mom. Now, it’s our turn to be her strength.

We’re sharing this with you so you can understand the magnitude of what happened, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every show of support, every prayer, and every contribution during this incredibly difficult time.
