Hello, my name is Bridget Beyer and I am asking for your assistance in giving support to Eric Parker and his family. Eric has been a family friend for decades. He is a GOOD man. He is a FAMILY man. He is a COMMUNITY man. And he needs our help. On Friday, October 10, 2025, Eric fell from a deck, sustaining life-threatening injuries. He was in a medically induced coma so that his body could start to heal the many broken bones and lacerations. He is currently at the AtlantiCare Trauma Center in Atlantic City.

Eric was raised on Long Beach Island and he has been an avid member of the community his entire life. As a young man, he was a lifeguard for the Long Beach Township Beach Patrol. His oldest daughter, Erica, and her husband live in Howell. His son, Charlie, is a student at Stockton State College, and his twin daughters, who attend Southern Regional High School. While raising his son, he was a Boy Scout leader. He also worked with Mayor Kirk Larson to set up campsites in Barnegat Light for his troop. He is a contributor to his daughter's tennis team and to his other daughter in the Southern Regional Marching Band. His entire world revolves around his children.
