Hello friends, We are asking for small donations from our community to help us pay for a lawyer and translator for our interview with USCIS ( Department of Homeland Security) for his Green Card. Normally we would go just the two of us, but given ICE actions in Nashville and across the country, we feel it is safest to bring a lawyer with us. It is not a big cost if shared, but alone, it is not in our budget. The lawyer lowered the price from $750 to $500 for us and we will also most likely take a translator as well in case Ibro needs one, so we are asking for $700 altogether to cover this unexpected cost.
