Hello everyone. Everyone knows Massapequa is a tight-knit community, and anyone who's lived here has met Donald in one way or another. A small man with a tremendous heart, a humble mind, and a warm smile. With winter coming up, I know we all worry about him and how he's going to survive.

Everyone's been asking how they could help--this is how. This GoFundMe is going to be his survival fund for the coming winter and beyond.

Donald is homeless and has not secured stable housing. Unfortunately, he often has to sleep in public areas such as Mobil gas station, the LIRR station, and McDonald's. What he truly needs is a reliable place to live, with a bed to sleep in rather than a chair, and a private bathroom

If we can come together to raise enough funds we can provide Donald with a private living space for at least the next few months, ideally until April or even longer. Thank you for considering this urgent need.
