In May of this year, I had a concerning and abnormal experience related to my menstrual cycle, I have been in and out of several doctor's offices for months now.

Upon receiving a diagnostic procedure, several lab tests and biopsies, varying medications, and receiving opinions from multiple doctors that I trust, I will need to have surgery as soon as possible to treat high-grade cervical dysplasia. I have not set a surgery date due to weariness and fear of finances / job security.

This surgery is rendering me in a position where I will need to take unexpected time off. Hoping that healing goes accordingly, I will need around 4-6 weeks to be fully recovered and able...I am unsure of the repercussions and I am seeking support.
