I'm reaching out to you to ask for your help. My life partner is in desperate need of funds for dental procedures that are far too expensive for us to cover ourselves. My partner is on disability for PTSD and unable to work. We are essentially a single-income household, other than his disability that he receives. He is in a tremendous amount of pain that requires immediate attention, and we've pretty much exhausted our search for grants and other financial assistance programs. There is just very little out there that covers significant dental expenses. Watching him suffer is one of the hardest things I've ever had to experience.

He essentially needs all-on-one dental implants for both arches, and the lowest price we can find is about $10,000 per arch, along with all of the other preparation involved. We expect the total amount to be around $25-30K. This is not for cosmetic purposes. This is so he can eat and be out of pain.

If you have any ability to donate even a small amount, I cannot tell you how much it would help us right now and how much we would appreciate it. And if you could share this with anyone who might be able to help, that would be most appreciated as well. He really needs a break right now, and you would be changing his life and helping him to become pain-free for the first time in a long time.
