Empower Women: Join WTS Wisconsin in Supporting
The Women's Center, Inc. Waukesha Wisconsin
As members of WTS Wisconsin our mission is to empower and advance women in our community, both professionally and personally. This is why we are partnering with The Women’s Center Waukesha Wisconsin, an organization dedicated to providing safety and support for women escaping domestic violence and other crises.
The women and children who arrive at The Women’s Center often arrive with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. The shelter provides more than just a safe place to stay. The Women’s Center also offers comprehensive services including: 24-Hour Hotline; domestic violence and sexual abuse 1:1 support; legal advocacy; transitional living and housing assistance; community education and violence prevention; rape crisis response; employment coaching and life-skills development; translation/interpretation in any language; and free on-site childcare for clients. These services are critical to help women rebuild their lives and regain their independence.
This is where you come in. Your support is crucial in helping us provide basic needs and empowerment for these women. By donating, you directly contribute to:
• Providing a safe night of shelter for a mother and her children.
• Stocking the shelter with essential supplies, from toiletries to fresh linens.
• Funding job readiness and financial literacy workshops to help women secure their economic futures.
