Donate to Empower Guy Sacco's Naval Officer Dream.

My (not so) little Guy has recently been accepted into the Enlisted to Officer program for the United States Navy attending the University of Texas, Austin. He has moved there, started his studies and doing well. But, In all honestly, he is humble yet broke as hell.

The Navy has provided the majority of monetary support, however, he has come out of pocket for so many incidentals to make this happen.

I feel he is very deserving of our support. His savings accumulated while deployed have been the source of funding for uncovered expenses to pursue this honorable opportunity. There are enough of us to provide the rest, and repay his savings as he and our troops have given us all so selflessly already.

The funds raised will help him pay for the recent move, new officer uniforms items to reflect his new rank, vehicle registration, books and materials for school, the remainder of his tuition, applicant fees ... and hopefully a well-earned Friday night steak and beer.

He is one of the good ones. I am extremely proud of his commitment to all of us. The most well-rounded human I am privileged to call my Son.

Our prayers, fair winds, and following seas will certainly bless this young man. Thank you all very much. This is a modest goal for what he personally invested so far. God bless us all.
