Empower Healing with a Medicine Horse

Dear friends and supporters,

I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request for support to provide life-changing experiences for those who need it most ad for the earth herself. I am currently creating a healing program which entrains the powerful metaphor and healing resonance of the horse with people who have experienced: traumatic illness, disease, debilitating blocks, or who want to have a deeper sense of self and evolve into full human awareness, activating their highest purpose. To do this, I need to acquire the foundational piece to my business, a horse, who is essential to the program I’m developing.

I will be working with people on the ground, riding, and leading participants into the back country on horseback to reconnect with Nature and themselves. I am searching for and seeking a versatile horse that can handle the wide range of responsibility my business will require. Some of examples are staying grounded and level-headed when people are releasing trauma, being a leader in unknown territory with unknown riders following, being able to hold a strong presence for the rest of the group (both horses and clients), and to foster safety within the herd and the group participants. The horse must also be: sure footed, agile, athletic, clear with her cues and needs, have a centered and lengthy attention span, be unbothered by sudden movement or sounds, able to handle a diversity of terrain, be comfortable with other riders on her (in case something arises in the backcountry and their horse is unable to carry them), have quality sound confirmation (her physical make-up), and be able to enter deep healing states like a herd does when at rest.

This horse’s ability to easily access the resonate theta state is of paramount importance to benefit the healing aspect of my business, and so they must have a deep connection with themselves. This coincides with a horse’s ability to connect with their own needs while meeting the healing client in theirs. I am looking to raise money to purchase and assist with care for the first year.

The cost of a quality horse is anywhere between $10,000-12,000.

$8,400 goes towards board at $700 a month.

$3,000 goes towards initial costs of care (including vet and emergency funds).

$2,000 would be delegated towards shipping if needed.

It’s not easy for me to ask for help, but my journey has been deeply shaped by a long battle with illness that lasted 30 years. During that time, my health struggles completely derailed my vision and left me unable to align with my true mission in life. For decades, all of my energy and resources had to go toward managing my health. Now, I’m finally ready to pursue my purpose, but starting over from scratch has been challenging. The weight of medical debt and lost time makes it hard to invest in both my life and my business on my own. With this support, I would be able to truly focus on living my mission and writing my new life story because a horse like this is central and paramount

to what I am embarking on. I am looking for an ideal creature for the job at hand, including the healing work I feel called to share with those who need it.
