Sweet Emma has been battling leukemia for 4+ years. She has undergone countless treatments, surgeries, long-term hospital stays, clinical trials, bone marrow transplants, and so much more. Through it all, her kind spirit has not wavered. She is one of the toughest, bravest young ladies I know, and her parents and siblings have been right there with her through it all.

Travis and Joy have been by Emma's side throughout this journey, which means lots of unpaid time off for both of them. During all of this, Joy also just lost her mom. Because Emma was undergoing treatment at the time of her mom's service and funeral, Joy and family had to join her mother's service virtually.
