Our dear Emiley Smith is facing a serious health battle. She has diabetes, which has led to complications affecting her kidneys. Doctors have told us she will need dialysis until she can receive a kidney transplant. On top of that, her blood sugars have been dangerously high since her recent surgery, leaving her weak and struggling just to get through each day.

Because of her condition, Emiley is unable to work and support her family the way she wants and needs to. The medical bills, treatment costs, and everyday expenses are piling up, adding to the stress during an already overwhelming time.
