This fundraiser is being started to help Elio Y and his father navigate the costs of the injury he sustained in the BVHS quarterfinal football game on Saturday, November 15. All funds are being deposited directly into the beneficiary account that has been established in Elio's name at High Country Bank. Elio suffered a compound fracture to both the tibia and fibula of his right leg during Saturday's football game. He has already had surgery and faces a long recovery for a pretty significant injury that necessitated an ambulance ride, surgery, a hospital stay, continuing care, physical therapy, and prescriptions. This GoFundMe is being organized by the BVHS football team who wants to relieve as much of the financial burden as possible for Elio and his family.
