Hello All,
I am hoping to raise money for my husband Eddys surgery. He suffers from Dupuytren's Contracture. It's a genetic disorder were the fascia, or connective tissue, in the palm becomes abnormally thick and tight. It begins with firm lumps or nodules that form in the palm which can develop into thick cords. These cords pull the fingers, most often the ring and pinky, into a bent position that heads towards the palm. As a bus driver with a CDL, guitar player, avid disc golfer and billiards shooter you can see that this disorder could impact his life enormously. He's already put the surgery off once so it wouldn't interfere with his busy work schedule. His next date is at the end of September. His is insurance is covering everything but a $2,000 co-pay. Of course we're not expecting that much! But we know that every little bit will add up and we appreciate any relief we can get! Eddy is a very, very hard working guy and a fantastic husband. He doesn't usually ask folks or family for help with anything but this time it's a true emergency. So if you can spare a few bucks to help out a really great guy, we'd both be eternally grateful. Truly. Every penny goes to Eddy and every penny he receives will go towards his surgery and after care. Thank you all so very much. From the bottom of both of our hearts, thank you!
