Donate to Ease the Wooten Family's Burden

Several months ago, while celebrating at a family event, baby Treasure and her father fell onto a large boiling crab pot suffering massive injuries causing 2nd and 3rd degree burns. 30% of the baby and 80% of dad's skin was burned, requiring weeks of hospitalization and multiple skin grafting surgeries. Angela, wife and mom, is doing her best to keep their family of 8 afloat; however, with limited income and medical bills stacking up, they've begun to undergo severe financial hardships that have put heavy pressure and stress on the family.

Fast forward to recent days, as her husband was finally getting back on track from the multiple reconstructive surgeries, physical therapy to stretch his skin, and many doctor's appointments for baby and dad, a major health setback occurred... He suffered a terrible heart attack just a few weeks ago and is currently recovering, unable to be left alone for the next 6 months. This has definitely been a trying time for the Wooten family. I can't imagine the mental and physical impact from such traumatizing experiences.

I wish them a peaceful healing journey as they adjust to life-changing circumstances. Angela's been an inspiration to me; her valor and commitment towards her family is truly remarkable to witness. I believe that the power of prayer can bring a community of compassionate people together and help ease their financial burdens during these difficult times.
