I never thought I would have to do a GoFundMe, but my life has fallen apart. After surviving a triple cerebral brain hemorrhage, I suffered great damage. I had to go on disability to survive. In 2023, my father passed. In 2024, my mother passed. In 2023, my 32-year-old son passed from a great tragedy. I had to cremate him because I couldn't afford a funeral. When my father died, my brother worked on my mother, who had dementia, to give him all the inheritance money. He stole over $70,000 from the account. This was my future and retirement. He gave it to his sons as long as they disowned me. They did. I began to get sick. Extremely high blood pressure, 240/140, and my body began to stroke. Actually, my brain was bleeding again. I was then rushed to the hospital to be diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and immediately started radiation and chemo. My eyesight then began to decline. The results were irreversible: wet macular degeneration, which caused me to become legally blind in my right eye. I can see but very distorted. I now use a wheelchair and walker. My cancer has progressed. The pain is unbearable; it's a large tumor on the lung and smaller ones on the left. It is incurable. Very, very painful. My medicines are keeping me alive, barely. I currently weigh 112 pounds. I cannot gain weight without certain medicine that I can't afford. Currently, my utilities are on and off, and I can barely get them back on. When I hear the click, I shudder. No power or water. All my money is gone. I had a car to get to my treatments and get my husband to work. My car needed over $4,000 in work and after investing and repairing the vehicle 5 months ago, I exhausted my funds only to have the engine fail again.

I am suffering terribly. Not only was I financially wiped out, but stage 4 cancer is not a way to live or try to live. The Brock Center for Cancer just informed me that I owe $9,000 so far. My Medicare supplement dropped me due to lack of payment.

I do not know how much longer I have on this earth. They told me 2 months to 2 years. Two years later, I'm still here. This is the most financially straining problem ever! If there is any way to help, it would be the greatest thing and greatly appreciated. I don't know how much more I can take. It's very difficult to do this, but at this time, I'm pretty low. I appreciate any help, even reading this. Thank you. I'm looking to live what I have left with pride.
