Our dear friend Ted Munat could use our help. Unfortunately, the cancer Ted overcame back in 2021 has recurred, and he’s back in treatment. While Ted does have health insurance, the portions of his medical bills the insurance doesn’t cover have quickly escalated into thousands of dollars. We’re raising money to help him cover these costs.

Some might remember that Ted was diagnosed with stomach cancer in May of 2021. After multiple rounds of chemotherapy and major surgery to remove most of his stomach and esophagus, he was declared cancer-free. He lived this way for over three years, but then it suddenly came back, this time in his lungs.

Ted is now undergoing more rounds of chemotherapy, along with infusions of a powerful targeted medication. Both courses of treatment bring with them intense side effects, meaning Ted needs to take time off work during each round of treatment to rest and recover.
