Support the McCardle Family as Kyle Recovers

We’re asking for your help to support Kyle and Rebekah McCardle and their family during a very challenging time.

Kyle is currently in the cardiac ICU, recovering from a serious heart infection called endocarditis. He recently underwent open-heart surgery to replace his aortic valve, and doctors also had to repair his mitral valve during the procedure. Since then, he’s faced several complications, including blood transfusions and irregular heart rhythms.

He’s making slow progress, but the road to recovery is still long—and right now, Kyle remains in intensive care.

With Kyle in the hospital, their small business, Costa Oil, is temporarily closed. As you can imagine, this has added financial stress on top of an already difficult situation. Rebekah is doing everything she can to care for Kyle, manage the home, and be there for their children.

We’ve started this GoFundMe to help ease some of that burden. Funds will go toward:

    •    Ongoing medical and hospital expenses

    •    Basic needs like groceries, gas, and utilities

    •    Support for their children during this uncertain season

    •    Lost income while Costa Oil remains on pause

If you know the McCardles, you know how much heart and effort they put into everything they do.

In 2017, their oldest son, Tripp, became critically ill with bacterial meningitis. He spent nearly three months in the hospital and now lives with long-term disabilities. Through it all, Kyle and Rebekah have devoted themselves to caring for Tripp while raising their other children—Logan, Luke, and Marleigh—with strength, faith, and love.

Now, as Kyle faces his own health battle, it’s our turn to show up for them.
