Donate to Ease Matt Whitley's Healing Journey

Matt Whitley has just undergone the first phase of a multi-surgery to receive a new liver. He has been hospitalized since mid-September and reached number 2 on the transplant list due to his grave condition. He received his new liver on Saturday, October 12, 2024. He went back to the operating room that same night for complications, and he will go back to the operating room this week sometime to complete the transplant. He will be in the ICU for several weeks, followed by recovery and rehabilitation.

Matt is currently not working but is an RN and has been in the medical field for 17 years. He is a newlywed and just celebrated his 1-year anniversary with his wife Megan in July of this year. So, financial responsibility for daily life and expenses is falling on Megan, who is a senior administrative assistant. She has been blessed to be able to take time off work due to PTO donations; however, that does not pay the bills and expenses that they have.

If you could please find it in your hearts to donate financially so that the stress of bills and life would be a little less daunting for them as they fight to get Matt healthy, it would be greatly appreciated.
