On September 8th, Mac had knee replacement surgery. He desperately needed it and worked as much as physically possible leading up to it. However, he has not had any luck with temporary disability and was not able to work enough over the past months to save enough to get him through the time he is unable to work.

My concern is that he will go back to work way before he is ready because he is worried about the bills. We did not want my move to coincide with his surgery, but unfortunately, he could not push the surgery off any longer.
