Our dear friend Lauren Amburn was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer on July 31, 2024. Since the time of her initial surgery in October, Lauren has experienced multiple complications and obstacles in her treatment that have required additional procedures and hospitalizations. The setbacks in her care and ongoing health issues have significantly impacted her ability to work, leading to additional economic hardship for the family. As a part-time employee, Lauren is unable to receive FMLA or other financial assistance that would offset their many expenses and medical bills. Lauren's husband, Bryce, is working around the clock to support Lauren and their two sons, who are in high school and college.

With Lauren less than halfway through her treatment, each week brings new burdens and challenges, and the path forward remains uncertain. Financial support could provide deep relief during this time of critical need.
