My name is Johnny, you all may know me as Johnny Casanova. Back in mid-July, I got into an accident in the ring and had to go to the ER. I’m pretty self-sustaining and take care of my own business. I have health insurance to cover incidents like this.

I don’t like to bother people for help, but right now I would like to ask for your help. Even after insurance, I received a bill for $5000 so far. I am in panic mode as I don’t have the funds to pay this bill. I’m swallowing my pride because I have no other options than to ask for help to pay for this bill.
