Our family is asking for prayers, love, and support for Jeremy, who underwent double transplant surgery last night. This is a very emotional and challenging time for Jeremy and his family as he begins his journey toward recovery.

Jeremy is a loving grandpa to my nephew, and one of the things he loves most is spending time with his grandson and family. We are praying for his strength, healing, and a smooth recovery so he can get back to making more beautiful memories with the people who love him most.
