HOLIDAY UPDATE!

Hello All,

Emily has just had reconstructive surgery following her mastectomy earlier this year. Surgery went great, and she is home after spending 4 days in the hospital! She’s doing really well, but recovery is 10-12 weeks. During this time she will also resume chemo, for her last six rounds.

She has two more surgeries on the books early next year, but should hopefully be done with treatments by the summer!

Emily sends a huge thank you to this wonderful community who has been so generous through this whole ordeal, but she could use our help again while she is taking time off work for this surgery.

UPDATE: Emily Still Needs Our Support

Hi everyone,

First off, thank you so much for the love, support, and donations you’ve already given to help Emily through her battle with breast cancer. It’s meant the world to her (and her family) and has helped cover so many important pieces of her care.

We wanted to share a quick update: Emily is still going through treatment, and unfortunately, it’s taking longer—and costing more—than initially expected. Because of this, she’s not yet able to return to work, and the financial strain is starting to build again.

If you’re able, we’d be incredibly grateful if you could donate again. Even a small amount makes a big difference. And just as important—please share this with your friends, family, coworkers, or on social media. Getting the word out really helps.
