Help us lay our "mama" to rest
Hello, my name is Rose, the oldest of Eleanor Claw.
Our mama made her journey on July 28 @ 7:25 pm
My little sisters are Davina, Lenora, and Francine, being the youngest.
Our mom was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer last August 2024. She started her chemo in October 2024. As months went by, her cancer got worse, and she was hospitalized in April 2025 and had a colostomy. At that time, they found a mass in her stomach and in her colon.
She was in the hospital in Gallup, Santa Fe, and Scottsdale. Her last stay was in Scottsdale Honor Health, where they found blood clots in her lungs. Her oncologist suggested that with my mom having pancreatic, stomach, lung, and colon cancer, chemo wouldn't do much anymore, so they stopped all chemo treatments. She's had a very rough road. She came home this July and told us, her kids, she's tired of chemo, hospitals, and surgeries, so she just asked to make her comfortable. She was put on hospice on July 16th, and she's at the end of her life.
Our mom is 64 years old, and we're in for a tough journey. She's showing us signs of declining. I have 3 little sisters who travel to see and be with our mom, and we all took time off from work to spend these last few days with our mom.
We are asking to find it in your heart to donate whatever you can to cover travel expenses and what brings us in the days that have to come.
Thank you
