My cousin Debra Moyer Lee is experiencing major health complications from what doctors believe is stage four metastatic cancer. She went into the hospital last week with lumps in her armpit along with severe back and chest pain. She is now home from the hospital and has appointments/scans scheduled to find out the origin of the cancer and what possible treatments are available. Deb can't go back to her job due to the restrictions her doctor ordered because of her physical health.
Deb lived with my family during her four years of high school and is like a sister to me and my sisters. She has overcome many challenges and has worked tirelessly her entire life. No matter what she has faced, she has kept pushing forward with a positive attitude. Now she needs our help. She supports herself and her daughter on her salary at the gas station she has worked at for 19 1/2 years. While she goes through the lengthy disability application process, she needs help from family and friends to cover mounting medical bills, make her car payment, and have funds for food and household expenses. I would greatly appreciate your consideration of a donation to support Deb right now. The only thing I want her to worry about is taking care of herself.
