Ease Blaine Parks' Medical Bills

This fundraiser is for Blaine Parks. Blaine is like family to me and I want to help him in this difficult time. Blaine is currently in the hospital as they run more tests. He was sick in November for several days, but got better; however, he never regained his energy 100%. He again was sick last week and the original plan was to get lab tests run this week. He was so weak yesterday that he decided it was time to finally see a doctor. He has been diagnosed with diabetes and they are running more tests for a spot on his pancreas. Many of you have asked how you can help. First, please say prayers for him and send positive energy his way. That really does help! Second, he does not have health insurance, so I know the cost of the hospital bills are weighing on him. Therefore, I created this gofundme to help him with those medical bills and other monthly expenses during this time he is out of work. I am starting with a ballpark figure and will update it once I know the final medical bill costs.

When I told him that I was planning on creating this gofundme, he asked only one thing. He wants everyone to know that he is not asking for the funds. Therefore, just to be clear, I am asking for his friends to overwhelm him with funds, so he has one less worry as he works through this medical issue. I feel certain that he is a real life George Bailey (from the movie It's A Wonderful Life) and his friends will come through for him. He has already been overwhelmed with the heartfelt messages he has received and with the response to his FB post. I just ask that you also donate to this fund to overwhelm him financially as well.
