Donate to Dylan Brown's Life-Saving Transplant

Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Tricia Kehn, and I am Dylan Brown’s Aunt.

Dylan’s story comes as a shock to his family and friends. Settling into his new home, eager to open up a business to support his family, Dylan went to the doctor on March 25, 2025. Two weeks after moving 130 miles to their new hometown of Valentine, Nebraska to begin a new life, Dylan was diagnosed with acute liver failure. What he thought was a cold, perhaps allergies, and a routine check-up turned into a nightmare. Dylan was transported to UNMC on March 27, 2025 for additional tests. Tests have revealed that Dylan has a MELD (Model for End-Stage Liver Disease) score of 32 out of 40. This places him high on the priority list for a liver transplant.

We come to you today with heavy hearts and a sincere request for your support. As a young man at age 27, Dylan never imagined that his life would take such a drastic turn so soon. As we asked his medical team, why, how could this be, Dylan’s fight continues. Dylan’s priority and commitment remain unwavering. He has a steadfast dedication to his responsibilities as a husband and father. Dylan is a loving father who is dedicated to watching his 3-year-old daughter grow up. He is also a loyal partner who has stood by his wife through every challenge.

Unfortunately, with this recent news, Dylan’s health has rapidly declined. Doctors have informed him and his family that he is facing a life-threatening condition. The road to recovery is uncertain. He is currently receiving supportive therapy awaiting a liver transplant. But his medical costs are increasing. Dylan’s family is struggling to balance the financial burden while also caring for him during this incredibly difficult time.

How You Can Help:
We are asking for your help to support Dylan and his family during this critical time. The funds raised will go directly toward:
  • Medical expenses: Including treatments, hospital stays, and necessary procedures.
  • Family support: Helping his wife, Pammela, manage day-to-day living expenses and care for their daughter, Gracie.
  • Future needs: At this time, Dylan is not able to work. Any additional funds will provide some security for their future. Lodging and food are not covered expenses at the time of transplant and for one month after during follow-up care.

We understand that not everyone may be able to contribute financially. But sharing this campaign with your network can make a significant difference.

Please join us in showing Dylan and his family that they are not alone in this fight. Your generosity and kindness will provide hope, relief, and much-needed support during this challenging time.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your compassion, prayers, and donations.

Warm regards,
Aunt Tricia and all of Dylan's family

P.S. Updates will continue as we navigate this uncertain journey.
