Hi, my name is Dwayne Darden, and I have reached a very challenging time in my life.

My year started with first being diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure, which means I will be on dialysis and will be placed on the donor list for a kidney transplant.

As if that was not enough to face, I also lost my job, for reasons I am yet to know of. All of this happened simultaneously and hit me with a vicious blow and has literally knocked me off my feet, sending my life in a tailspin.

I know I have to be strong and trust in God, and I will, but as far as I know financially, I will need all the help I can get. I'm taking a leap of faith and asking for any help I can receive in these trying, unsure times I am having to face.
