Empowering Future Bakers Through Vision Loss

Join us in supporting Dreamie Cookies, a blind-owned bakery dedicated to hiring and training visually impaired individuals for careers in commercial baking. Our mission is to create meaningful employment opportunities while crafting high-quality baked goods that delight customers nationwide.

As part of our expansion, we are committed to training visually impaired individuals in commercial baking and helping them earn their SafeServ Certificate in food handling. After completing our 90-day training program, they will have the opportunity to seek employment in the commercial baking industry or continue working with Dreamie Cookies.

Our growth strategy includes distributing our delicious cookies, brownies, and cheesecakes to thousands of Blind Business Enterprise (BEP) Vendors under the Randolph-Sheppard Act. These vendors operate micro-markets, vending machines, and highway rest areas across all 50 states, creating a vast market for our diverse product line.

In addition, Dreamie Cookies is expanding its presence at Orlando International Airport (MCO) thanks to a recently successful competitive bid (with our Prime Contracting Partner) with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA). What started with our signature chocolate chip cookies at MCO Terminals A & B will now grow into a dedicated “Dreamie” section in a major gift shop, reaching thousands of travelers each day.

Despite vision loss, Dreamie Cookies CEO Jack Pinnock continues to push boundaries, working toward a nationwide presence for our bakery products. With your support, we can make this vision a reality.
