My name is Daryl Clark. After a few months of health issues, my cousin Doug has received a serious diagnosis of cirrhosis of his liver and a hydrothorax on his lungs. The only cure for his hydrothorax is a liver transplant. Boston is putting him on their liver transplant list, and he will go to the front of the line because the hydrothorax is terminal. We are hoping that he will be able to get into Boston this week for all of the preliminary tests that he needs done to prepare for a transplant. There are many unforeseen medical expenses to be expected any donation received will be a huge help.
Doug is weak, but his spirits are good. He is at peace. He is able to work on a very limited basis.
From Sheila: “The folks at Whited Peterbilt have been extremely supportive of Doug and our family. We ask for prayers for Michael, Darrby, and Brian. This has been extremely hard on them. We are grateful for the support we have received from our friends, loved ones, and family. We are grateful and blessed that we are not alone in this time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!”
