Hello my name is Dino Perez iam a cancer survivor and also have been diagnosed with a rare congenital heart disease called brugada syndrome which only one out of ten thousand people get interesting enough.I was born with it.Luckily for me, I have survived due to having major surgery to implant a defibrillated device in my chest. Unfortunately, my insurance doesn't cover the full surgery, and I always end up with a large amount of a bill. Having to stay home a recover for a few months and not being able to cover the expense nor my home expense while I'm at home. Recovering living by myself with 2 dogs. I only ask

Help to be able to cover The expenses of the remaining balance that the insurance does not cover. I'm going to need the surgery again soon. I have been battling this since 2019 if I am not able to replace the defibrillated device. I am left with the possibilities that my heart can stop at any moment.
