Many of you know Everest or have heard of him at Canine Humane Network. I have been his Foster Mom for over 5 months. He is a handsome, lovable and goofy two year old Hound mix.

Unfortunately he has had chronic diarrhea, often with blood, for a good majority of his time here. He has had numerous blood tests, fecals and urinalysis. He has been treated with different combinations of antibiotics, antidiarrheals, dewormers and anti-inflammatories.

At this point, the Vet has suggested that more tests are needed to pinpoint the cause of this. An ultrasound, a colonoscopy and endoscopy could help us come to a definitive diagnosis. He estimates the cost to be in the ballpark of $3000-$3200.
