Dear friends, family, and community,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Denny Gomes who has dedicated his life to helping others live stronger, healthier lives as a personal trainer. Now, he needs our support.

Recently, Denny underwent hip replacement surgery. While recovering, he learned that he is also in need of another hip surgery and a knee replacement. This has been devastating news—not only physically and emotionally, but financially as well. Because of these surgeries, Denny is unable to work with his clients, which has left him without the income he relies on to cover his medical expenses and daily living costs.

Anyone who knows Denny knows his heart. He’s the type of person who cheers for your first push-up, celebrates your personal victories, and motivates you to keep going when you’re ready to give up. He has poured his energy into helping others become their best selves, and now it’s our turn to lift him up.
