Hi, my name is David Gutierrez.

I’m a welder from the Houston area.

I’ve always worked hard to provide for my family, but recently I suffered a serious injury while on the job.

Due to the accident, I injured my back, ribs, and knee. I recently underwent ACL replacement and meniscus repair surgery. Recovery has been tough, and I’ve been unable to return to work while also facing ongoing medical and daily living expenses.
