Donate to Dattner Architects' CANstruction Effort

Dattner Architects is raising money for NYC’s 2025 CANstruction competition. CANstruction is an annual charity art exhibition and event held at Brookfield Place, where architects, engineers, and contractors compete to design and build the best structure made entirely out of full cans of food.

At the end of the exhibition, all the food is donated to City Harvest, a non-profit organization which gives food to those in need throughout New York City. For this year’s CANstruction submission, Dattner Architects is looking to raise $5,000 in
order to fund the purchase and transport of food cans for our donation and design.

On the night of October 30th, our team will CANstruct our design where it will be on exhibit from October 31st until November 10th. For our structure this year, we will acknowledge the MTA Metrocard. After 32 years, the Metrocard will give way to a tap-and-go system at the end of 2025.

We would appreciate your help in reaching this goal. Donate today. Together, we CAN make a difference.
