On November 8, 2023, Daniel Alamos suffered major injuries in a devastating accident in El Paso, Texas. A distracted semi-truck driver collided with Daniel while Daniel was at a complete stop in heavy traffic, forever changing his life. The towing company had limited insurance and gave it all to only one plaintiff.
Daniel sustained severe injuries, including second and third-degree burns covering 30% of his body—head, ears, lower back, and arm—broken ribs, and significant trauma. Complicating his recovery, he contracted a MRSA infection, necessitating surgery a month later.
Daniel’s injuries were life-threatening, and he continues to undergo extensive treatment and observation. As he navigates this challenging journey, any support would be immensely helpful. Your contribution can aid in his recovery and provide much-needed relief during this precarious time. This altered Daniel’s ability to enjoy life, sun and outdoor activities. El Paso is know for its sunshine, something Daniel cannot enjoy now with the keloid scarring he has developed.
Daniel was the first injured victim in this collision involving nine others. Please consider donating to help Daniel overcome these overwhelming circumstances. While very grateful Daniel is alive, the road to recovery is long.
