My name is Stephanie, and I’m reaching out to help a dear friend of mine, Daniela, who is going through one of the most difficult times of her life after the loss of her beloved husband, Ramiro.

I’ve known Daniela for over eight years—we met as coworkers and have remained close ever since. She’s a devoted mother, caring friend, and a strong provider for her family. On September 2nd, Daniela’s world was turned upside down when she had to make the heartbreaking decision to let go of her husband after he suffered a severe heart attack.

Ramiro was not only a loving husband but also a dedicated father to their three beautiful children: Natasha (15), Krystal (12), and Jason (9). Over the past year, Ramiro faced numerous health challenges, including dialysis, daily doctor’s visits, wound care, and several hospital stays. Through it all, Daniela balanced her full-time job at Wawa with caring for him and their kids, often having to take time off work to be by his side.

Despite his declining health, Ramiro always found a way to provide for his family. He made sure the kids had everything they needed for school and that the family shared special moments together, whether it was a simple outing or a family vacation. His love and devotion were unwavering.

Unfortunately, with Daniela taking so much time off work to care for Ramiro, the family fell behind financially. After his cardiac arrest, she spent countless days and nights at the hospital, hoping for a miracle. When doctors finally told her there was little brain activity, she faced the unimaginable decision to say goodbye.

On September 2nd, Daniela and her children gathered at the hospital, surrounded by loved ones, to say their final goodbyes. It was a day no family should ever have to endure—a day that changed their lives forever.

Now, Daniela is doing her best to stay strong for her children, but she needs our help. The family is two months behind on rent and struggling with other essential bills. Any contribution—no matter how small—will go toward helping them catch up and begin to rebuild their lives. Anything extra will be used to support the kids as they navigate this painful time of loss and healing.
