Donate to Dan and Tina's Road to Recovery

Dan and Tina Person have been a part of this community for many years now. Dan has been working at the Aspen School District for years. His kind smile, positive attitude, and fun jokes have brightened many peoples' days. Since this past June, Dan has been bravely fighting cancer with aggressive treatment and, recently, three surgeries.

Tina has been there with Dan through all of the hard treatment and the several weeks he has spent in the hospital. She has worked hard to continue working at Wildwood School and supporting the teachers and families that are a part of the WW community while also supporting Dan both physically and emotionally.

Throughout the treatment and surgeries Dan has not been able to work. This is not only a financial strain, it is also a challenge for Dan to be away from the many friends he has made at the school district. We are hoping that by reaching out to the amazing community that both Dan and Tina love so much we can help to support them as they work to get back on their feet. We are hopeful that Dan's upcoming surgery will be the last step on the road to recovery and that in the next few months Dan will be back at work cracking dad jokes and sharing his smile with everyone he sees.
