Hello everyone my name is Damion Myers. I am from Balaclava St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. As you know hurricane melissa decimated parts of Jamaica. The area where I was born and raised are among those hardest hit. I am trying to raise funds to buy care packages for those in dire need of food and water. The areas I am trying to raise funds for are in Balaclava and Siloah, Saint Elizabeth.

I am overseeing the withdrawal of the funds from my personal account and I will use the money to purchase food and water from local wholesale suppliers in Jamaica. Once purchased all supplies will be distributed in care packages to members of Siloah and balaclava communities via local parish councillor Audie myers of the Siloah division in North East, saint elizabeth Jamaica. Councillor myers has been serving this community as a local government representative for over 15 yrs and is a member of the saint elizabeth municipal corporation.

the food products that will be purchased are rice, canned foods like sardines, tuna, corned beef, sausages, oil, cup soup etc. After purchasing Councillor myers will go door to door delivering packages to households. Once funds are collected packages will take one week to organize then distributed after.
