Donate to Daisy's vet bills and help keep chaos alive!!

Hey everyone!

Our short and long little girl is going through a bit of a rough patch and, well, the long and short of it is this: we need a bit of help.

We're looking at a few grand in vet bills, immediately following dropping a few grand on car repairs, following a three month leave of absence due to a broken foot. It wasn't the greatest time for Daisy to try to give her kidneys an early retirement, but our little chaos gremlin has never worked on anyone's schedule but her own.

Daisy is our 14 year old dachshund and after years of occurrences ranging from tackling snakes (true) to getting on a dining room table with no chairs around it using doggie parkour so that she could eat most of a chocolate cake (also true) to hiding tortilla shells strategically around the house like a squirrel preparing for a long winter (yes, you guessed it), she's finally met a challenger that she needs our help with.

Apparently, in addition to the dangers of chocolate, one of the things that Daisy is strangely resistant to is the most common of dog antibiotics. So despite our best efforts to get ahead of this, we unfortunately lost some good days trying a medicine we didn't know wasn't working.

But the chaos gods have smiled on our Daisy once again and now she's on a good treatment and care plan that I believe will help her stick around for a long time! An expensive sacrifice was made, but very worthwhile, I promise you.
