On Thursday, July 17, 2025, my mother Cyndie was in a serious accident. It happened on 140 near Glen Falls Rd. A car was coming at her head-on and had crossed the double yellow. In an attempt to avoid the collision, she swerved. Unfortunately, the swerve took her into the embankment and a large boulder. No other vehicles were involved thankfully.

Fortunately, she was in a Subaru and it saved her life.

Unfortunately, the medical bills are mounting. Between medical transport, operations, the 5 day hospital stay, and months ahead in rehab, she could really use some financial assistance. She sustained many broken bones, all on the right side of her body. Her arm, 2 ribs, chipped vertebrae, hip, pelvis, femur, and a shattered ankle. The ankle currently has external pins and rods to help stabilize it. There will be a second operation on it to have internal hardware installed.

She is currently confined to a bed and is doing PT 5 days a week. She has a warrior spirit but her bank account does not. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We won't be able to do this alone. I'm sorry that I don't have a beautiful story for you. I have never done anything like this and hope to never do it again.
