Donate to Create a Pollinator-Friendly Community
Donation protected
We're raising funds to support a local Pollinator Week volunteer event where we’re transforming a an under-utilized Bonneville Power Administration-owned utility corridor (right-of-way) into a pollinator-friendly community garden in the Hazel Dell, Washington neighborhood. BPA is a federal agency under the U.S. Department of Energy that provides renewable hydroelectricity to the Pacific Northwest. This community garden is a grassroots partnership between local neighbors, Clark County, and federal employee volunteers.

This project will provide habitat for native bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. In addition, it will also bring dedicated federal employees and neighbors together to grow something beautiful and healing; honoring the legacy of sustainability initiatives that have recently been impacted by federal funding cuts.
Your donation will help us cover essential materials like native plants, soil, mulch, gardening tools, signage, trash disposal, equipment rentals, and volunteer supplies. With your support, we can create a space that nurtures both biodiversity and community spirit.
Supplies will be used for future events of the same spirit: maintaining and expanding the garden we plant on June 21.
Let’s grow something good together and turn this underused land into a living example of
regenerative ecology and community care!
