Hello,
My cat Aris urgently needed a procedure done at a hospital recently. I’ve had her since she was a couple months old and now she’s 8 years old.
She was constipated so I took her to ER. She had similar issues a year prior but it was resolved with the enema and the medicine. However, this time X-rays were taken and it was clear that she was no longer constipated, but in fact she was dangerously and severely obstipated where it was life threatening.
This required an urgent and immediate hospitalization for a procedure to be performed in order to remove the stool from her bowels. I had no choice but to admit her immediately to save her life.
She was in the hospital for a total of 4 days and multiple different procedures had to be performed including Iv, multiple enemas, and manual extraction. The overall total for the hospital stay and procedures was $5,994. I have attached a picture of the bill as proof.
Thankfully the procedure was successful and now she is on a strict diet and is doing really well.
Unfortunately the Animal Hospitals do not allow payment plans, therefore I had to charge the whole bill to my credit card upon her being released.
Any donation you can make to ease her medical bill will be very much appreciated as I’m stuck with the whole bill all by myself.
Every little bit will help. Thank you so much for your kindness and support.
