Help Cottrell (Chet) Freeman After the Palisades Fire

On Tuesday, January 7th, our dear friend Cottrell Freeman — a beloved member of the Pacific Palisades community for years and a beacon of love, hope, and resilience — tragically lost his home of 10 years and all of his possessions in the Palisades Fire. He escaped with only the clothes on his back and his car. The fire burned everything that was dear to him: his musical instruments, books, his entire wardrobe, furniture, kitchen supplies, documents, and priceless mementos from his past.

Cottrell is the kind of person who sees the world through a lens of wonder and possibility. He’s an avid explorer, a seeker of new experiences, and someone who has always shown up for others. Whether as a mentor, a trusted sounding board, or a listening ear, Cottrell has been there for his friends and community in times of need. Now, it’s our turn to do the same for him.
