Greetings! Several years ago, I met a special friend named Kiswiriri Joshua, who was supporting orphans by housing fifteen of them in his own home! He had reached out to me for help with paying for books and other school supplies. Since that time I have offered what I could toward the education of the children. And I have received many thoughtful videos of the children holding their new books with huge smiles on their faces, saying "thank you," and "God bless you!" It is an honor to share their story with you, now, my friends!

Today, we are raising money to build the infrastructure of the new orphanage on a portion of land that was donated to Kiswiriri for this purpose.. Construction has already begun. I was delighted to receive photo and videos of huge piles of bricks and sand for mortar being delivered onsite, just today (Oct 17, see photos above!)--enough to house thirty children who, without this project, would still be on the street. Yes, this project is critically important because we feel that the 30 children that will be housed in the new location will have a much better chance at life under the tutelage and guidance of Kiswiriri Joshua and his team. Recently I spoke with the children on WhatsApp and one of them, emboldened to see the project proceeding rapidly, offered: "my best subject is math--I want to be a doctor!" Your generous support today can help these children realize their dreams despite profound challenges.
