This is a fundraiser for our good friend Cole Blaugher. Our friend is going through a tough time right now, and we need to help him out however we can.

I've learned a lot about life from Cole, and he's taught a lot of my friends how to brew great beer. I want to help him out however I can.

He's good people, and if you wanna throw him a few bucks, you can do it right here.

I can’t thank Beeron enough for encouraging me to create this fund. We have been lucky so far, but additional help is always, always welcome.

Cole has managed his advanced melanoma diagnosis with unimaginable grace and patience. In spite of everything, he remains himself— hopeful, patient, compassionate.

We had initially hoped, in January of 2025, for a straightforward round of immunotherapy treatment, but the melanoma did not respond, and his oncologists have gotten creative. He had a surgery earlier this month (October 2025) to remove the primary tumor and a lymph node. He remains in consistent treatment via a combination of medications that target and inhibit proteins that are byproducts of cancerous growths. He is hopeful that this will be an effective intervention for the time being.

He and I both welcome all kind thoughts and wishes as we continue to navigate treatment.

When the time is right, he will no doubt resume his brewing hobby! I know that I have missed his homemade beers.
