My name is Lisa, and I'm a volunteer Board Member for Cloven Heart Farm Sanctuary in China Spring, Texas. I discovered Cloven Heart through social media back in 2018 when another sanctuary shared their plea to help rescue Charlie from the neighbor. We hosted fundraisers through our business and helped whenever we could. Last year, I joined the Board remotely from Seattle to help with fundraising for hay, feed, and anything else the animals need to live.

This week, we said farewell to Charlie. With your help and Cloven Heart's love, he made it to 20 years old! Now it's our turn to help care for his family, Hope, Faith, Ava and all the animals of Cloven Heart. Charlie was the Dad of Cloven Heart, and all he wanted was for everyone to be able to live how he did the past 8 years.

Cloven Heart has been struggling to make our hay fundraising goals. I've started this fundraiser to help purchase hay, feed, and any equipment or infrastructure repairs we need to address.
